This site publishes background material about Japan’s diplomatic missions. Reading it requires no registration, and we ask for no personal details anywhere on the site.

Technical access data

Like every website, ours sits on a server that writes an access log: page called up, date and time, transferred bytes, referrer, browser and an abbreviated IP address. The log exists to keep the server running safely and is purged after a few weeks.
